Cost Control Company, Inc. (CCC) was founded in 1988 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. With over 31 years of experience, we provide the highest quality of maintenance, management, administration, and general construction services. Our main departments consist on the administration and maintenance of Federal, State and Private projects, construction and project management, and inspection services.

Our team is known for its responsiveness and quality control, where our commitment and desire is always to provide the highest quality professional services within a framework of honest, productive and dedicated collaboration.

CCC is privileged to have managed during 25 years over 18,000 public housing units under contract with the Puerto Rico Public Housing Authority and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and over 250 schools throughout Puerto Rico for the Department of Education including ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. Our team has also provided construction management services, and the administration and maintenance of private housing projects developed by our affiliates. Our construction management services are comprised of, but are not limited to, initial viability evaluation, estimate of costs, construction estimates, progress itineraries, permits’ processing, contracting, managing contracts, maintenance of finished units, marketing and sales strategies.

Cost Control Company, Inc. has been managing public housing projects since 1995, giving it the experience not only to do the job, but to deal with any situation that may arise. Our Top Management team is composed of Mr. Alfonso Valdés García, a proven businessman capable of administering and gearing teams towards success, and Mr. José R Martínez, who has been the one in charge of managing the day-to-day operations since the company’s beginings, giving him over 25 years of experience working with the Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration (PRPHA).

Cost Control Company (CCC) has managed over 18,000 public housing units, with over 7,000 of them being Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. Our company is currently responsible for administering an annual operational budget of $20,000,000.00 ($20 million dollars), managing the finances in an efficient and effective manner and maximizing the resources for the benefit of all. CCC has never been in fault on any Audit Process. On the contrary, we have had outstanding performance during our 25 years.
